Studio Etiquette:

  • For first-time clients: Please arrive 10 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the equipment. Grip socks are required; We have some to buy if you do not have a pair.
  • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to attend due to our timeframe no longer accommodating for us to prepare you safely.
  • We care about all of our clients and wish to see them well, therefore if you are experiencing any symptoms of sickness or illness, please refrain from attending the class to avoid potentially affecting other clients.
  • Please remember to wipe down all equipment used, put equipment back to where you found it, including springs and handles.

FAQs:

  • Classes with 2 or less bookings will be subject to cancellation 12 hours before the start of the class.
  • Wear comfortable, clean clothing that will aid in mobility – fitted leggings or long fitted shorts and comfortable workout shirts are preferred.
  • Form is extremely important in pilates and instructors may ask to help correct your form.
  • Please do not bring gum, jewelry, strong perfume, or lotions; these can all affect you or those around you during the workout.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will incur a $15 fee. We have limited space and aim to accommodate everyone; therefore, timely cancellations are crucial for us to offer the spot to someone else. Late arrivals will not be admitted more than 5 minutes after the class has started. For emergencies, please call us at (702) 550-0026.
  • For private sessions and duets, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will also incur a $15 fee. Late arrivals will not be admitted more than 5 minutes after the class has started.
  • If you need assistance with modifying or intensifying exercises, please ask! We encourage scheduling private sessions in addition to group classes for the best results.

Waitlist Policy:

  • If you do end up on our waitlist, please remember to take yourself off the waitlist if you no longer plan to attend this class.
  • We assure you the waitlist does work, if a space opens up to 2 hours prior to the class starting time you will be notified by email.

  • Left door (by the coffee shop) → Lobby & Group Fitness Room
  • Right door → Reformer Room (all reformer classes)

If you’re coming for a reformer class, please use the right-side entrance. See you in class!
