IM=X® updates concepts and practices to reflect the newest research on fitness, cardiovascular training and spine stabilization; and thus is truly the next evolution of pilates fitness workouts.

IM=X® Personal Training Packages:  If you are healing back, hip, knee pain or simply want your workouts to be all about your goals and needs, our trainers are eager to provide a hands-on approach. Your trainer will teach you the IM=X® stabilization exercises so that your core is engaged as you perform any move; and help determine your spring loads for optimal success.

Studio Policies & Code of Conduct

At IM=X® Pilates Delmar, NY,  we are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all clients and staff. By booking or attending classes, sessions, or appointments, clients agree to the following policies:

  1. Class Reservations
  • All classes, private sessions, and appointments must be booked in advance through our scheduling platform, including Mindbody.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon booking.
  1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure fair access to classes and respect for our instructors’ time, the following policies apply:

Group Classes

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in:
    • A $15 fee for unlimited members
    • Loss of class credit for package holders

Private / Semi-Private Sessions

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the full session being charged or deducted from your package.

A valid credit card must remain on file for all clients, and applicable fees may be charged automatically.

  1. Waitlist Policy
  • If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist.
  • When a spot becomes available, clients may automatically be added to class.
  • Standard cancellation policies apply once added from the waitlist.
  • Clients are responsible for monitoring their booking status.
  1. Late Arrival Policy
  • Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be permitted to join class for safety and flow reasons.
  • Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show, and the spot may be released to a standby client.
  1. New Client Requirement

All new clients are required to complete an introductory session prior to participating in regular reformer classes.

This session introduces:

  • The IM=X® Xercizer (reformer)
  • Proper equipment usage
  • Fundamental techniques
  • Studio safety guidelines
  1. Health & Safety
  • Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to class.
  • Participation is at your own risk. Please consult a physician before beginning any exercise program if needed.
  • Equipment must be used only as instructed by certified staff.
  • Water is permitted in the studio; food is not allowed in workout areas.
  • Clients are expected to sanitize equipment before and after use.
  1. Attire & Studio Etiquette
  • Grip socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase at the studio.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your session.
  • Phones should remain silenced during class.
  • Please keep conversations and noise levels respectful.
  • Clients are welcome to take photos/videos respectfully but must avoid disrupting others and ask permission before recording anyone.
  1. Respectful Conduct

IM=X® Pilates ALBANY maintains a positive and inclusive environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, instructors, or clients will not be tolerated.

The studio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for violations of studio policies.

  1. Policy Acknowledgment

By booking or attending classes and sessions, clients acknowledge and agree to all studio policies, including cancellation and no-show fees.
