- IM=X® Pilates Fundamentals: Learning the Five Fundamentals of the IM=X Pilates technique will allow you to execute all moves with power and clarity. Bad habits will cease and your ability to elongate, recruit and stabilize your core muscles will become natural. IM=X Fundamentals are for new students as well as seasoned members. Your benefits will be heightened with the IM=X Fundamentals!
- IM=X® Xercizer: Tone and stretch every muscle group, and burn calories - all in one session. Your trainer will guide you through eight sequences which start with hips and legs, progress to the abs and back, move on to shoulders and arms, slow down for some stretches, then finish with more hips, butt and abs. This is a total body workout! Enjoy the toning effects of the best pilates machine around – the Xercizer.
- IM=X® Floor: IM=X Pilates has been called “the strength-training version of pilates” by Fitness magazine and is known for its unique choreography. Your trainer will guide you through eight unique sequences using the ring and body bar and working just to the point of fatigue - for the fastest toning experience for the arms, thighs, butt and abs.
- IM=X® Tower: The IM=X Tower uses springs on your core, legs and arms so you can shape your abs, back, arms, hips and legs, and work muscles you didn’t even know you had! The sequences follow the IM=X philosophy of providing increased resistance and unique variations on traditional pilates choreography.
- IM=X® Cycle/Tower: This high-energy ride combines indoor cycling with upper body strengthening and stabilization. Rather than a typical cycling class, this unique workout keeps participants focused on posture, balance, breathing and core muscle endurance while scorching calories to heart-pumping music to leave you feeling empowered and invigorated.
- IM=X® Barre: Inspired by ballet training, IM=X® Barre fuses moves like plies, tendus, attitudes, leg extensions and arabesques with IM=X Ring Stabilization techniques to provide a powerful lower body lengthening and toning experience, challenging leg flexibility and burning calories. No dance experience required!
- IM=X® Interval Training: Definitely the hardest session you can take. This class keeps the heart rate up while demanding strength. You will sweat your way through sequences which are organized to maintain the challenge. The results will include increased muscle endurance and lots of calorie burning.
