Integrating other physical disciplines such as cycling, barre, tower, stabilization and weight training keep IM=X® workouts challenging.

IM=X® Pilates and Fitness franchise locations offer monthly memberships for unlimited classes as well as elite memberships which sell at a premium because they combine both private and group reformer training for optimal results. Our open floor plan model is unique and allows you to sell more memberships than other studios.  Membership rates vary based on your region.

Our Real Estate Team will provide reports for assessing potential locations and demographic information. We will walk you through the process of site selection, layout designing and planning and initial lease negotiations.

We offer exclusive territories based upon population density and other factors. Your exclusive territory will be designated in your Franchise Agreement and we will guarantee that we will not open another IM=X® studio within that radius.
