Our studio will be closed December 26-31 in order to complete our construction for the studio expansion. Our newly added space will allow for more reformer machines and a larger backroom - AND - new class types for 2018. Thank you for the amazing support and your patience as we expand and grow our studio for your better enjoyment!

About Our Fitness Studio

Come experience the IM=X® Pilates & Fitness difference. Sculpt your body with our premier instruction in pilates reformer classes and back wellness PLUS now offering BootyBarre® and TRX suspension training. Enjoy unlimited semi-private classes - class size capped at 10 clients. In this setting, you can enjoy the motivation of a class setting, but receive the personal attention you would experience in a private session. If you prefer private one-on-one instruction, we offer personal training options. 

Our premier pilates reformer program includes a blend of unique movements that combine muscle toning and lengthening benefits of pilates with elements of strength and cardio training, for a safe, low impact total body workout. Expect increased flexibility, long, lean muscle development, endurance, and a stronger spine and abdominal core. We end each pilates class with a relaxing essential oil neck massage - a true fitness spa treat!

No Contract Memberships! And, really awesome people!

No binding contracts to sign and no membership cancellation fees. We believe in our fitness program, and do not require customers to sign a contract like other fitness studios. In addition, we have an amazing group of clients and instructors, fostering a positive & supportive community - with only awesome people! 

How Do I Get Started?

If you are brand new to IM=X Pilates & Fitness then we suggest you start with an Introductory Private Session before jumping into the group classes. A discounted introductory session will familiarize you with our patented Xercizer (reformer). Your certified instructor will give you pointers on how to decompress your spine, exhale to recruit your abs and use your core muscles to perform any exercise.  These key fundamental techniques will help you create tremendous results. Click here to purchase.

After taking your introductory private, take advantage of our introductory month of unlimited classes. We offer Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat Sculpt, Cardio Reformer, Pilates Platform, BootyBarre® and TRX suspension training.

Workout Attire

Please wear comfortable workout attire, preferably fitted bottoms such as leggings or longer fitted shorts. Athletic shoes are required for TRX classes. Barefoot or grip socks worn in pilates and barre classes. 

Arrival & Mobile Device Etiquette 

Students must arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class . The studio doors are locked 5 minutes after class start. If you are signed in for a class, but do not arrive within 5 minutes of class start time, the staff may forfeit the reservation and offer the space to a waiting student.

Please turn off your cell phones & electronic devices before you enter the studio. Out of respect for our entire IM=X Pilates studio community, please be mindful.

Childcare is not available.
