Lynn Holderread - Franchise owner has 15 years experience in Physical Therapy Outpatient setting and can help you reach your goals, increase flexibility, improve pain, and strengthen your core.

Our studio offers individual Private Training and group classes.

Our rates are considerably less than our competition to keep this unique program affordable to those who really need it.  We have individual class rates as well as contract price options.

If you don't like contracts we have monthly options for you.
