IM=X® Pilates & Fitness offers pilates reinvented, re-choreographed, and reconstructed to include other physical disciplines. IM=X® updates concepts and practices to reflect the newest research on fitness, cardiovascular training and spine stabilization; and thus is truly the next evolution of pilates fitness workouts.

Please wipe down all equipment used during your session at the end of your class using the sanitizing spray and towels.
Do not come in if you have cough or flu like symptoms.

Arrival and In-Studio

First time clients, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your class in order to get familiar with our equipment and fill out your intake form.
Highly suggested: grippy socks so that your feet do not slip
We have everything here at the studio for you, but always feel free to bring your own ring, handles, or foot loops.
For reformer classes, no mat is necessary.
After your session, kindly clean the machine and set it to the way you found it including putting all the springs back on and replacing the foot loops back to handles.

Cancellation and Scheduling Policies

You can schedule your sessions through your MindBody account from our website or your app.
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for group classes due to limited class capacity. Please remove yourself from class via your MindBody account or reach out to us via phone or text.
Should you need to cancel a private session, we ask for 24-hour notice. Without notification, there is a $15 late cancellation fee for unlimited members for group classes. For class-pack holders the class will be deducted from your account.  No shows are charged a $25 fee.
Late Arrivals will be allowed to participate 5 minutes after the start of the class. Each Instructor has her/his own discretion to limit participation.
