Holly
Manager/Instructor

Holly is a native North Carolinian who grew up in a small town east of Charlotte. She has lived in Charlotte for the past 2 years. Prior to working at IM=X Pilates and Fitness Charlotte, she was a full time classroom teacher for UCPS for over 9 years. Before making the decision to teach with IM=X, she taught rock climbing summer camps at Inner Peaks, along with teaching their junior climbing group “Team,” during the school year. Her experience with teaching and her love of helping others better themselves is why IM=X Pilates is the perfect fit! Holly’s Certifications and Education Include: IM=X Super Advanced and Basic Xercizer IM=X Super Advanced and Basic Floor/Mat IM=X Tower TRX CPR/AED Bachelor of Science: Elementary Education K-6

Carly
Trainer

Carly hails from South Florida is now happy to call Charlotte her home. Prior to working at IM=X Pilates & Fitness, she was a competitive gymnast and Division I competitive cheerleader. Carly has been coaching both sports for the past decade in several gyms around South Florida and North Carolina, but has found her new passion and home at IM=X Pilates. She loves the challenging workouts and pushing her clients to reach new levels of fitness. When she’s not at the IM=X studio, you can find Carly teaching digital photography classes or spending time with friends. Carly's Certifications Include: IM=X Xercizer and Mat IFTA Barre Fusion CPR/Basic First Aid/AED

Jennifer grew up in Connecticut but has stayed in North Carolina since she graduated Elon University in 1995. She grew up practicing dance which included tap and jazz for 15 years. Jennifer enjoys teaching at IM=X on the Xercizers and loves how intense the workouts are! When she is not teaching she spends time with her 3 children, Gavin (10), Chase (8) and Sadie (6). Jennifer's Certifications Include: IM=X Basic Xercizer and Floor CPR/AED/First Aid

Brittany
Trainer

Brittany is originally from Seattle, Washington but grew up in the suburbs of Charlotte. Prior to working at IM=X Pilates, she was a member of the D1 Varsity Women's Rowing Team for four years at Clemson. While at Clemson, she began to cross train with yoga as a way to improve flexibility and core strength which sparked her interest in the movement arts. The increased flexibility, mental acuity, and strength she received from Rowing and Yoga led her to Pilates and the desire to teach within the health and wellness field. Her goals are to instruct with compassion and to help foster a sense of community for fitness truly has the power to change lives. Brittany's Certifications and Education Include: IM=X Basic Xercizer and Floor Kickboxing CPR/AED
