After several surgeries and a reconstruction of her left knee she was fortunate enough to have discovered Pilates, it was the most restorative, effective and safe way she had found to workout. Kim achieved fantastic results and was able to function at a high level again. Several years later, Kim found herself a two time breast cancer survivor. Again, Pilates helped in bringing her back to a normal functioning life. Kim has faithfully practiced Pilates for more than 28 years. After being introduced to IM=X Pilates, Kim decided to become an IM=X Certified Instructor and make it her new life's work. She loved how much Pilates had helped her over the years and wanted to share that passion. Kim began teaching in different locations in northern New Jersey and Manhattan. Initially, beginning her teaching with clients, but soon after, expanding to work with patients. At an office for chiropractic and physical therapy she helped them with their physical obstacles and to achieve personal fitness goals. Kim has aided people of all ages and fitness levels in achieving positive results.
